Links within the file error when loaded to Digital Editions #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.convert Docx file with internal link using Epubgen 0.5.0
2.Open on Adobe Digital Edition
3.Click on the internal links

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you click on the link, it will go to the target page. I can see in ADE 
that it has link but cannot click it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
EpubGen 0.5.0 - XP sp2

Please provide any additional information below.
