EPUB does not save all images in docx document #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use document (docx) with more than 4 images and more than 100 pages
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The first 3 to 4 images are present but remaining are not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.5.0, win7, 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

After posting this issue I kept on testing to try to identify what was causing 
the problem. I found that the issue was due to how most of the images were 
created.

I had used Win 7 Snipping Tool and pasted the snipped image directly into the 
document.

The problem is overcome if the snipped images are saved as png or jpg before 
pasting into the document.
