1. maybe use white lists
   • list of verified/professional providers
2. maybe allow scheduled unavailability
   • annouce that you won't be available
   • => ALLOW SEEDERS to PAUSE their status for max. time so challenges and payments will stop without affecting reputation
3. must have:
   • have a guarantee that there is minimum treshhold of nodes of peers
   • make sure it covers all the regions (europe, us, asia, africa, oceania)
