Fehlermeldung Alexa #109

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze node.red bisher ausschließlich zur Weiterleitung von Alexa-Befehlen an den iobroker. Seit einiger Zeit habe ich das Problem, dass Alexa die Fehlermeldung "ich weiß nicht, was schief gelaufen ist" ausgibt, den Befehl aber trotzdem leicht verzögert ausführt. Woran könnte das liegen? System: Raspberry4, 4 GB RAM ca 70 Status werden über node.red gesteuert Echo Show 2, Echo Dot 3

Wegen meiner Behinderung nutze ich das Smart-Home über iobroker nahezu ausschließlich per Sprachsteuerung.

Hey Heinz-Jürgen,

habe exakt das selbe Problem. In der Alexa-App lässt sich auch erkennen "Server reagiert nicht". Auf was hast du den "Process-Input" beim Echo-Hub gesetzt - kom noch nicht ganz dahinter was das bringt?

Alexa says following Error-message:"I don't know whats went wrong" Any suggestions how to fix this - or somebody with similiar issue?

@PapaH1 ist dein Raspberry Pi mit dem LAN und WLAN verbunden? Nur ein aktives Interface zur gleichen Zeit ist möglich. hat bei mir das problem gelöst.

My raspberry pi was only connected via LAN. We updated the System and deconnected a second raspberry pi which was in the same LAN. We also tried to change the port for node.red and restarted the system several times. After that, everything worked fine for several days. A few days ago the error reappeared. We are still hoping for a solution. Could it be a problem of timeout? I am using an echo show 2, two echo dot 3 and an echo flex for voice input. I also have about 70 nodes in the system. Thank you for helping.
