Yes, I had seen that too, but I wasn't quite sure.

Does this look right? Or is it bad UX?

@Jaagrav I think that still covers up too much of the screen and it really isn't obvious that those are two separate scroll areas.

I think we should just have the letter buttons in the scrollspy on mobile.
