Tablet Screen-Size #116

When i plug my Tablet ( Galaxy Tab ) to the PC (Windows) and use the jar file. 
It gets me the screen from the PC* (Resolution must be set right). 

The problem is when i want make it potrait mode - 800x1024 - it cuts me 2/3 of 
the view.

Is this program/software designed to use Tablets ?
