Downscale region based on a fraction of the input device resolution

I also have issues on my laptop with the connected tablet's resolution 
exceeding my laptop's ability to display the entire screen.

It would be nice if we could scale down the Mirror Region bounding box to some 
fraction of the device's pixel resolution (say 50%). I could use that to work 
around the laptop's resolution limitation.

Not only tablets, a 720p device like Galaxy Nexus is difficult to use with this 
tool.

It's a great tool nevertheless! Keep up the great work.
