http auth breaks pdf export, messed up layout, logo missing in pdf #161

I have this old problem, that supposedly should be fixed????

I have simple invoices behind htaccess authentication. This breaks the PDF
export because html2ps is not able to fetch the page. However, it seems
that html2ps can use the authentication information if it has it. Therefore
I fixed this problem with few lines of code"

PS: I put a .htpasswd in root, everything else works, I can log in twice ( 
secure yea :-) )
even without a .htacces pointing to the .htpasswd, just switch on http 
authentication=true
in config.ini and baddabing pdf export breaks... what am I doing wrong?

It could be that I fixed this already. In this case we would have it fixed in 
the next version. I leave it open but set it to milestone +1
