Simple Invoices For Windows Startup Error

After clicking on SimpleInvoices.exe
then selecting the "Start Simple Invoices (GUI)" button.

Then I am presented with the error below:

Warning: require_once(Zend/Loader/Autoloader.php) [function.require-once]: 
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Documents and 
Settings\Anthony.Concialdi\My Documents\TC\AMC\Simple Invoices For 
Windows\www\include\init.php on line 10

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 
'Zend/Loader/Autoloader.php' 
(include_path='.;C:\php5\pear;./include/class;./library/;./library/pdf;./include

Sorry, didnt notice this issue, have you tried the latest version of the 
program? i havnt seen this issue so i would like to find out if it can be 
reproduced or still exists
