Swedish language causes SI to hang. #245

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Switch language to Swedish
2.Create an invoice template with sv_SE locale and language
3.Create a product, customer and biller with "äåö" letters in them.
4.Create an invoice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It supposed to work ok, but instead when clicking on any list like invoices, 
customers, etc. it will load forever.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Have
you got any extensions enabled?
I enabled GD2 on php5.
Using SI 2011.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Also tried it on the Demo environment, same behaviour, take a look.
However if you click new invoice, customer, settings it is fine.

Actually to reproduce it easily:
- get a clean install.
- switch language to Swedish.
- try to check any of the sample invoices. they'll keep loading. won't open.

I tested it in Norwegian, no problem there.
