The problem with the bookmarks bar #150

popout_bookmark_bar_on_hover.css overlaps some part of devtools (F12 menu) if it is pinned to the side, and not to the bottom, as by default. And especially together with transparent_bookmarks_bar.css creates a combo of misunderstandings (like: "why are these buttons not clickable"), because it's kind of fake transparent. Is there a way to make this really transparent? Like clickable through and through? firefox_aTrSSIwMeU
