Sample can go to error when CWL repository updates #18

Describe the bug

The problem is that we updated pipelines after the sample was added but before it actually started

Thanks, Andrey To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to new sample
  2. Save it
  3. Update workflows while sample in queue status
  4. See error
