For workflows with File[ ] input selecting multiple experiments from upstreams causes arbitrary order of the files in the generated job. For such workflows as heatmap, this order might be important. It would be nice to have a small number for each of the selected upstream to indicate a position in the final job. The order should correspond to the order of selecting items from the dropdown menu.
