Thank you for reporting this, we are going to double check what is going on.

Sorry for the confusion. The xenbase workflow has since been deprecated. It's existence in the platform, and lack of existence in this repo, is the byproduct of a bug. We'll be updating our github webhooks server, as well as the platform, to "archive" these deprecated workflows.

Until then, an alternate workflow should be used for single read chip-seq analyses.
