Done. See https://dative.test.ivdnt.org. You should be able to authenticate to the "INT Demo OLD" with standard credentials. Logging is configured. There is probably some systemd refinements that could be made so that we can ensure the services restart after a crash, but that is probably best left for deployment on the rewrite.

Problem: The OLD HTTP API is not currently running on the CIPL/INT server. Make it so.

A/C:

Install OLD and dependencies and get two OLD processes running, with auto-restart with systemctl.
Ensure service dependencies are running correctly, i.e., MySQL, foma, MITLM.
Ensure OLD is being served under the same URL (subpath) as Dative (https://dative.test.ivdnt.org) to avoid CORS issues.
Ensure that we can set up a test OLD instance and authenticate to it from Dative.
