The link to the latest TermiNUS release is incorrect #11

The link to the latest release as described by the UG is just a list of releases, which is incorrect information.

The contents from link is sorted by their the release date, there is also the version number to display which file is the latest.

Reason for disagreement: How about users who are not familiar with the Github website? They could be mistaken that the software may be released with multiple versions serving slightly different purposes, thus they would not know which to download. Following the dev team's rationale, then the UG should be re-written to be "Click here and download the latest version of TermiNUS.jar in the list", to be more clear to new and non-tech users.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: Should be at least Low severity for the reasons mentioned above.
