Team's Response

Thank you for the report.

The FAQ is also a section to refer when encountering an issue or error while using Terminus. Hence the FAQ could give you an insight on what you have just observed.

There are multiple situation in which file storage could encounter an issue such as file permission block or file locking due to OS.

In addition the purpose of the disabling of storage is to prevent a loss of data when there is an error with loading or saving data into the data folder.

One example in which storage can be disabled in the image below:

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: If the storage could potentially be disabled by a faulty save file, then why not specify it in the UG? This Q and A just appear out of nowhere and sounds like it's implying that the storage will unexpectedly be disabled in the future, no matter what is right or wrong in the user's usage, and/or save files in the memory. Dev team should add further information that it will be disabled when there's a faulty operation with the storage unit. Leaving it like this would cause users some confusion.

 Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: At least Low severity, cause it might cause some major confusion to the user.
