No character limit for delete in Notes #9

Command inputted: delete 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001

Users can have a very long character inputted into delete command, but it stills parses it as a valid integer

The delete command take in an index and index are integers in Terminus.
