Add releases to a Maven repository #25

Publishing your releases in a Maven repository would make it really easy to
add gwt-pectin to an existing Maven project.
A couple of easy options are:
* Create a Maven repository in your SVN repository on Google Code
* Sonatype offers free Maven repo hosting for open source projects, and syncs
your artifacts with the Maven Central Repository. See
https://docs.sonatype.com/display/NX/OSS+Repository+Hosting for details.

I've created a repo as per http://code.google.com/p/gwt-pectin/wiki/GuideMaven.

The main repo is currently empty (until the 0.8 release) but there's a
0.8-SNAPSHOT
in the snapshot repository.

I'll mark this as fixed once 0.8 is released.
