[tag-editor]: enable autocomplete with present tags #16

It would be awesome if the tag editor could autocomplete with tags I've already used in either my entire project or in the same <fieldname, content type>.

Thanks @goleary for your suggestion! This is a cool feature but it would require to change the schema and would make this plugin much more complex. I encourage you to develop your idea, I think that a lot of users would appreciate that :D
