Don't open the What's new dropdown automatically #178

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some customer keep asking me if they have to send me the What's new messages to keep me of informed of what is happening, they tend to believe those messages are related to their own backend and not platform-wide

Describe the solution you'd like Simply don't open the dropdown, I think the numbered dot is enough to understand there is something new to review, if you want to
