Tests for Purge

We are about to introduce data purge command. Would be good if we have BB tests here for that.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] We delete datasets after each test case
• [ ] We do not use Teardown method anymore (as purge takes it all)

• [ ] hit purge API at the end of each test case
