Currently, we have these 2 widgets hardcoded, see https://github.com/datahq/city-indicators/blob/master/index.html#L206-L214

but we want it to be rendered from widgets.

an example of figure widget: https://github.com/datahq/city-indicators/blob/master/widgets/economy.json

Tasks

[x] create a widget called health-and-safety.json in /widgets/
[x] create a widget called livability.json in /widgets/
