[fix][s]: add 'no schema' notification on resource_create #22

In this PR added 'No schema...' notification once the user is trying to upload resource without providing schema parameter. But we are not aborting the resource_create action in this case(previously implemented behaviour), just showing proper notification. Screenshot from 2020-09-14 13-45-55
