Tidy up README ... #20

README seems to have a lot of boilerplate about extensions that I'm not sure is relevant.

Also very simple instructions on how to install the extension in e.g. a docker setup would be useful.

@rufuspollock not sure what do you mean by boilerplates about extensions, the only extension mentioned in theREADME is ckanext-externalstorage and ckanext-auth and think they are relevant enough...
