Working implementation of resource access #27

NOTE: This is a work-in-progress PR but can still be merged because it is most likely more stable than master when it comes to resource access.

This has not been extensively tested yet.

This PR implements resource access view blueprint and API, including support for versioned resources, as described in #4.
