[dependencies][yarn][s]: Update graceful-fs to 4.2.3 #360

This allows data-cli to work with versions of Node >11.15 as the monkey patch applied in earlier versions of graceful-fs is no longer compatible with recent versions of Node and has since been dropped.

I haven't noticed any side effect from this modification apart from the fact that it allows to use recent versions of Node. This effectively solves issue #357.
