Info command does not work for datasets on datahub and github

Running info command on remote datasets from datahub and github would fail with > Error! File is not in known tabular format. message.

How to reproduce

• run data info https://datahub.io/core/co2-ppm or https://github.com/datasets/co2-ppm
• receive > Error! File is not in known tabular format.

Expected behaviour

• normal info command's response

TESTED & FIXED data info <remote dataset> is now showing the dataset info.
