Custom axis titles in the graphs

As a Publisher, I want to customize x and y axis titles so my graph looks more informative.

At the moment, axis titles are the respective field names and publishers cannot change it.

How to reproduce

• create a view and try to change axis title

Expected behavior

• I have an ability to customize axis titles and it is documented somewhere.
