data push-flow does not work #136

Wherever I try to push valid flow.yml, I get the following error

> Error! ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/Users/Zhiyenbayev_mirza/Desktop/Datopian/src/frontend-functional-tests/bond-yields-us-10y/data/monthly.csv'

How to reproduce

git clone https://github.com/datasets/bond-yields-us-10y.git
remove data directory since it is automated and does not need it
update flow.yml ownerandownerid` with yours
data push-flow pathToDataset

Expected behavior

data push-flow works fine

@Mikanebu we decided to hold on data push-flow and automated push generally. Think this should move in features section for now

@AcckiyGerman Closed this with the commit message. Will be included in next release of CLI (anyway this is not useful for the feature, but feel free to reopen if not fixed).
