Track users behaviour and preferences #177

We aren't tracking users UX, behaviour and preferences while they're using the CLI app. Thus, we cannot know what's blocking them to publish datasets or what they actually do with the app. This also creates uncertainty about general usage of the app. Additionally, we don't know if new features/bug fixes are making any impact.

How to reproduce

there is no data about CLI usage

Expected behavior

we know what's going on
we know what errors our users are facing
so on

I cannot test it without your help @anuveyatsu :) How could I see the tracking? I'm going to run data-cli with some errors and see the results in the tracker.

FIXED: we track:

how data-cli is used (with the Google analytics lib)
we track users on our site
we track the data-cli errors
