Link for Datapackage online creator is not working

Describe the issue

When we click on Datapackage Online Creator tool here , the link is not working

How to reproduce

• step 1:- Go to https://datahub.io/docs/data-packages/publish-tabular#3-add-a-datapackagejson-file
• step 2:- Click on datapackage.json creator tool in Option 1

Expected behavior

The link should be working.
