Text overlap on collections while resizing

How to reproduce

• Step 1: Open collections on desktop: https://datahub.io/collections
• Step 2: Resize window to about 960px width.

You will see text overlap like in the screenshot below. Tested in latest Chrome, Firefox on Linux and Firefox on Windows.

Expected behavior

Text should not overlap.
