Cannot update data-cli (binary) #95

At the moment, if I'm using data-cli tool using executable binary, I cannot update it to a newer version. This is only possible with data-desktop right now.

How to reproduce

Download and install data-cli from https://datahub.io/download page
Try to update it... so you don't know how (unless you download again and replace that binary)

Expected behaviour

I can run single command, e.g., data update and it updates itself
