It doesn't really make sense to keep callouts separate if we have all the rest of Obsidian syntax elements in the "Markdown syntax support" doc page. And inline ToC is also a syntax extension.
This way can have a single reference page for the whole "Flowershow Flavored Markdown" and we can easily link to it e.g. in our "Markdownbased" guide.
