Useful logging using winston

[sagargg-zz]

On google console, the logs are breaking in lines. So it is very difficult to pin-down the logs.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] logs are easily readable
• [x] contains timestamp
• [x] contains log level
• [x] contains message

difficult at the moment but really useful

• [ ] module name from where log is coming
• [ ] line number
