Update docs #4

Since this is now a standalone package, it needs its own docs for what it provides. These can be somewhat cannibalized from datreant, where they originally resided.

Made some progress on this. We now have docs being built on ReadTheDocs. However, still need to get autodoc to generate the class API reference docs. This is tricky because we use conda to build the environment but this doesn't install our package. May need to submit an issue to rtd.
