Fails to build on Linux 4.14 #115

bi_bdev replaced with a gendisk pointer and partitions index: torvalds/linux@74d4699 raw_spin_unlock_wait removed: torvalds/linunx@d3a024a vfs_{read,write} unexported: torvalds/linunx@bd8df82
