Added two stages for Gitlab CI/CD.
First one creates virtual machines with the following OSes: rhel9, debian11, ubuntu1804, ubuntu2004, ubuntu2204 and centos8. Second stage clones dattobd from GitHub into VMs, and builds it. Building on debian11 is temporarily disabled.
