what can be reason of that?

Im trying to connect my nuki 3.0 using Home Assistant Addon. I installed nuki integration but there is no device :( Should I put nuki lock to factory reset? And than try to connect to raspberry pi home assisnant?

Hi, Can you confirm that your nuki is not connected to wifi? It seems it is not possible to use wifi and bluetooth at the same time

Thank you Dauden1184. My nuki "works" with Homeassistent rp4 but the connection is very weak. Rp4 is 5 m from nuki (one door, wooden wall). Sometimes it works sometimes not :( it is very sad 😭
