please change in /etc/systemd/system/nukibridge.service

WorkingDirectory=/home/pi/NukiBridge/

to WorkingDirectory=/home/pi/RaspiNukiBridge/

Yes, I specified in the README to change the WorkingDirectory to your needs but I should put the correct default directory.
