1) Optimise skirt, bottom hole, propellors, deck distance
2) place batteries, motors, arduinos

Part one is complete. Layout needs to happen now. That means we need to source
parts and finalize actuator and sensor locations. Give feedback below.

My feedback is 3 motors. one in the center that translates along the long axis
of the hovercraft. two differential motors on the sides of the lift motor holes
that will do rotation and translation.

Sensors are 4, one on each side. plus a compass. Or we have 5 sensors to
measure one side's rotation. Or 6 sensors to measure rotation on two sides.

Our plan was to scan an area, as a first step towards finding all the
airplanes. However, I have realized that the presence of a paper airplane is
going to block a sensor. Unless we hardwire a map of the area we are testing,
it won't know if it reaches a wall or an airplane. Thoughts on fixing this?

I'll be owning part 2 for now. I need feedback though on sensors. David just
suggested that we have wall sonars lifted high, and then other sensors for the
airplanes. that's a lot of sensors!

The skirt and platform design is complete.
The breadboards, Arduino boards, drive motors and battery needs to be placed on
the platform.
