Thank you so much for working on, and releasing this! Do you plan to release training code similar to what was done for ProteinMPNN? Thanks again!

Hello!

We might be able to release the model training functions, but it is still not clear if we can share data processing and loading functions since those were part of other different projects in the lab.

Thanks for the update. Any part of the training code that could be released would definitely be helpful, especially the model training functions. Looking forward to using this!
