No use of GPU? #107

Hi,

I hope all is well. I do not see any GPU usage by proteinMPNN when I use 'watch -n 2.0 nvidia-smi' to check GPU usage. Is this because I installed ProteinMPNN improperly, or is it because ProteinMPNN manages to hide from 'nvidia-sm'? The program uses lots of CPU. Thanks.
