Updated the examples in README with more complex requirements to better illustrate the difference between the first two proposals:
added a map (SVG) in spine
added illustrations (JPEG and SVG) not in spine, linked in another content document
added notes as a non-linear/out-of-spine HTML document
For proposal 1, I also dropped the requirements regarding the use of a Navigation Document, if the ToC is simple enough a title on each link is sufficient.
I kept the JPEG in spine like the previous versions but this will probably open quite a debate withing the EPUB WG. It feels much better having them in spine if we also require a title like in proposal 1.
