Add Arc-Dark theme again #12

I converted the Arc-Dark theme to the new .rasi format and added it back to the theme collection. It works with Rofi version 1.4.2.

I didn't look too closely, but why did this commit remove the theme? Unfortunately, the commit message didn't give me any clue.
