update readme #106

Replaced jQuery('selector') with $('') to fit what is used in the example.html file.

This was done to help people on WordPress who were just skimming the docs. WordPress hates the dollar sign. Appreciate the suggestion, but I'm going to not accept. Thanks, @awesomephant!
