In html output, when you scroll the tables vertically, the top line with the title tabs of the tables disappears. We should freeze them, just like in Excel, so that the header lines always remain visible when scrolling, just like in the Excel output.
Note that in Excel, the table titles are in tabs below the table and the table tabs and table headers are both frozen by default. In html, the table tab titles and table header row are both on top, below each other and only the top row can easily be frozen.
