New screen to play the song. This should be reused to either play a song ad-hoc (ie for a rehearsal), or during the performance of a Gig.

The Play Song Screen should include:

Either charts, lyrics or both
Count in
Highlight/smooth zoom the chart and lyric according to BPM.

For the band leader only:

Hard pause
Pause after song/run on next song
Fade song out
Hard next song
Fade to next song
Upcoming songs
Timing details:
- Song running time remaining mm:ss
- Set running time remaining mm:ss
- Estimated set complete time hh:mm
Band connected

Implementation

Calculate the time to the millisecond when each line of lyrics and each bar should occur.

Use ListWheelScrollView in play mode to show the chords and lyrics
