Welcome screen #53

Show a welcome screen instead of the song panels on first load. The welcome screen should contain:

Recently viewed songs
Upcoming gigs
Getting start videos
Hints and tricks
Add sample songs

This should be displayed regardless if there are songs in the SongsList
